Returns & Refunds Policy

Please Choose Carefully

Due to the nature of pharmacy products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Our returns policy complies with the requirements of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if a product:

Is faulty or damaged

Is significantly different from its description or images

Is not fit for its intended purpose

Is unsafe

If you believe your product meets one of the above criteria, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For health, safety and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law:

Prescription medicines

Medicines requiring special storage conditions (as storage may have been compromised)

Medicines that are not sealed by the manufacturer

Fragrances and perfumes

Vitamins and food products

Cosmetics and personal healthcare items

Baby formula

Online Returns Process

Before returning any item purchased online, you must contact our Customer Service team for return authorisation and further instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Approved refunds for online purchases made by credit card will be processed back to the original credit card.

In-Store Purchases

If you purchased your item in a physical store, returns or exchanges must be directed to the original store of purchase.

Please bring your receipt as proof of purchase.

This online returns policy applies only to purchases made via our website.

Order Cancellations

Orders are generally dispatched on the next business day.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately to request cancellation.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The item must be returned at the customer’s expense. A refund (excluding original postage costs) may be issued where applicable.

Please note that fragrances, medicines, vitamins and food products cannot be returned.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect according to your receipt, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
